Your CSEA negotiations team is pleased to announce we have reached a tentative agreement with the District on our contract.
The final item we were discussing was wages. The teams have agreed to the following:
1) Unit members will receive a 2% increase over the current salary schedule, retroactive to July 1, 2020.
2) Unit members will receive a one time 2% bonus of your annual salary after the above increase.
3) Our current longevity schedule will be compressed. We will now receive the top amount of 22.5% at 25 years (instead of at 30 years), retroactive to July 1, 2019.
Please keep an eye out for the special meeting notice (via zoom) to vote on the agreement. Full language will be sent out prior to the vote.
