Your CSEA negotiations team is pleased to announce we have completed our supplemental 2020/2021 wages sessions. These meetings were scheduled due to an inequity between the labor groups.
The District has agreed to provide the additional 1% increase on the salary schedule, and the additional one-time 1% bonus. This will give us a total of 3% increase on the salary schedule, and 3% as a one-time bonus.
Please watch for an email to complete a survey to vote on this new MOU.
If we approve this MOU, it will then go to the School Board. Assuming it passes, the District will send out an email with the timelines for when you will see this on your paycheck.
